All of the beef sold at Lords of Middleton is certified Scottish Beef. We sell the best quality Scotch Premier Beef and now new to Lords the Butchers, Caledonian Crown. All the beef we sell is hung for 28 days and is traceable right back to the farm it was reared on.

The way we hang our of beef is a family secret passed down through all 4 generations but we always allow the beef to hang for a minimum of 14 days, this enables the beef to mature and breakdown.
The slower the
process the more tender and succulent the meat is. Scottish
